Reporting

We have developed an extensive reporting capability to enable you to manage and optimize your Virtualyty platform. We provide usage reports on virtual agent activity, live chat, email, user forums and FAQ's.

We provide a real-time dashboard that allows you to see what your customers are doing, how many operators are available and how many queries the virtual agents are handling. The dashboard lets you see which topic areas are trending. All reports are supported by detailed statistics to enable you analyze trends and optimize system performance.

All dialogues accross each channel are recorded and stored for easy access. The reports database is open and is therefore configurable within third-party reporting and statistical packages to allow you to replicate existing reporting processes and to explore deeper into the data.
