The implementation of the Virtualyty platform is split into four task groups.

The first stage is to select the avatar and voice, personalize the player and develop the standard messaging for the welcome message, avatar introduction and error reporting.

The second stage is to build the V-Base knowledgebase. The Virtualyty V-Base comes pre-loaded with conversational questions that can be modified to suit your brand values. The V-Base is also pre-loaded with standard questions that will cover most of your needs. The standard questions are modified to reflect your product and services naming conventions. You will then need to add a number of questions unique to your products and services. This is quick and easy to achieve through our V-Base admin system. The third stage is the technical integration. To embed the player into your website, we provide you with a web plug-in, it is as simple as adding an advert to your page. If you are using our email service, live chat or user forums we need to ensure that you have access to them in your environment. If you use our cloud based delivery service we manage the technical architecture and the operational service levels. If you choose to use the Virtualyty platform as an installed product, we have a simple installation process and will support you through the exercise.

The fourth stage is the on-going maintainance and optimization of the platform. Whenever the V-Base knowledgebase is unable to respond to a query, it points the user toward another channel and records the query into unresolved tables within the V-Base. It is a simple to review the unresolved queries and update the V-Base knowledgebase with the appropriate responses. The reporting system and the on-line dashboard allow you to understand the characteristics of your environment and optimise channel usage and Q&A subject matter.
