To get the best out the Virtualyty platform there a number of things you can do to ensure optimal results.

The avatar should be chosen to match the demographic of your target market in terms of age and gender.

The voices should be chosen to reflect the age and social status of your customer base. There are many voices available and a number of them have regional dialects.

The V-Base knowledgebase comes pre-loaded with standard queries, these should be modified to reflect your standard product/service naming conventions. Once the V-Base knowledgebase has had its initial build it should tested internally and fine-tuned. Once you go live, resource should be allocated to check questions that have not been answered and to re-populate the V-Base knowledgebase with appropriate responses.

The chat system should be configured so that it only passes queries through to a live operator when they are available. During peak periods the virtual agent should manage excess capacity and they should handle all queries when the live chat function is not manned.

The email capabilities should be linked into your standard email handling capabilities if you do not have dedicated resource to manage live chat.

The user forum should only be used if you have live chat operators available to manage queries, or you have a dedicated resource to manage it.
